HIFU 3D – one device, many possibilities

Although on a daily basis many of us try to lead a healthy lifestyle, eat well, do sports and be fit in general, there are problems that cannot be solved without modern and safe treatments offered by aesthetic medicine.

HIFU 3D is a technology for a non-surgical face and body skin lift. The device uses a highly concentrated ultrasound beam, affecting many skin problems without damaging it. Ultrasound focuses on the deeper layers of the skin and the subcutaneous tissue.

The ablation process leads to the following processes in tissues:

thermal – causes absorption of the ultrasonic wave in tissues and increases their temperature, which leads to their coagulation

mechanical – causes the formation of air bubbles inside the cell, and as a result, the increase in pressure and destruction of their structures.

As a result of these processes, micro-damages and micro-burns of tissue structures occur, which stimulate collagen synthesis. Tissue remodelling and reconstruction take place. And the effects? Improved facial oval and firmer skin.

Depending on the selected transducer, during the procedure we can affect the dermis, subcutaneous tissue or the SMAS layer. HIFU creates coagulation points in the skin that shorten and strain collagen fibres, contributing to the lifting effect. By using a deeper transducer, we are able to reduce the adipose tissue. The HIFU also allows us to work at SMAS level. Thanks to this, it is possible to improve the tension of the muscle fascia.

Indications for treatments:

  • accumulated adipose tissue,
  • drooping eyelids,
  • cheek lift,
  • sagging skin,
  • lack of skin firmness (as a result of pregnancy as well),
  • double chin,
  • gravitational wrinkles.
